The 12-month warranty covers all bug fixes and issues from our deliverables at no additional cost. After that, ongoing feature development or system expansion is scoped as a separate engagement. We don't lock you into maintenance contracts.

Most engagements run 8-14 weeks from signed specification to production deployment. Discovery and specification take 2-4 weeks, development takes 4-8 weeks, and testing plus deployment take 2-3 weeks.

The specification phase exists specifically to prevent scope changes. We document every requirement, every integration point, and every acceptance criterion before quoting. If we missed something in the spec, that's on us — no additional charge. If you want to add new features mid-project, we scope those as a change order with a fixed price.
